Our apprenticed butchers deliver exceptional and consistent product with each of our signature steaks: Strip, Delmonico, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, and Porterhouse.
Choose from 16 different beef programs including our featured beef partners: Certified Angus Beef®, USDA Prime, Certified Angus Beef® Prime, Niman Ranch, and Certified Ohio. Additionally, we have specialty beef items including Wagyu.
We also appreciate a chef’s ability to create unique dishes using unique meat cuts. We can cut any order to your exact specifications.
